Raw Overnight Raspberry Lemon Oats
If you don’t have time in the morning to make breakfast you can simply make this the night before. Serve hot or cold.
Makes 2 small servings or 1 regular serving
- 1/2 cup regular rolled oats (certified gluten free)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 5-10 liquid stevia lemon drops or stevia powder to taste
- handful of raspberries 1 tsp.
- lemon juice
Add all ingredients in a bowl except raspberries and stir. Store in fridge overnight. The next day, add more almond milk if desired and raspberries. If you like your oats warm you can quickly heat it up.
